#working student at eco:fibr

Hey, I am Aaron, and since the beginning of March I have been part of the eco:fibr team as a working student in social media. The first few weeks have passed and I am noticing more and more how varied the work in a startup can be. I create content for Instagram, LinkedIn and our blog, prepare presentation slides and am currently also involved in the planning and redesign of our new website.

What I find particularly exciting is getting to know eco:fibr not just as a company, but also understanding the philosophy behind it better and better. The fact that plant-based residues, which would otherwise be disposed of in environmentally harmful ways, can become an industrially usable raw material is something I find genuinely convincing. Of course it takes time to really settle in, especially when you are working alongside your studies. At the same time I am getting exactly the insights into startup life that I wanted to gain during my time at university.
