#Q2 Planning at eco:fir

As a team at eco:fibr, we regularly take the time to exchange ideas, further develop topics and align on the next steps together. Shortly before Easter, we used this moment to place a deliberate focus on the new quarter and define our goals for Q2 as a team. Over the coming months, our focus will be on three main areas: further developing our raw material and material base, preparing the next operational steps and continuing to build eco:fibr externally. 🍍

More specifically, we want to better understand and evaluate new raw material potentials, further develop technical foundations and processing parameters, think applications through more strategically and at the same time create the conditions to develop our solutions in a structured way towards the market, customers and partners.

Equally important to us is everything that supports this development: clear processes, strong alignment within the team and communication that makes it easy to understand what we are working on and what eco:fibr stands for. This also includes further developing our content, visibility and external presence so that our product, technology and vision can be communicated even more clearly. 🌱

Especially because many topics are interconnected for us, these kinds of quarterly planning sessions are particularly valuable. They help us set priorities together, make tasks more tangible and move into the coming months with greater clarity and focus.
