Hey, I’m Michelle! 👋

I’m Co-Founder at eco:fibr and responsible for HR, marketing, and sustainability management. My academic background is in civil engineering and environmental management, which helps me understand technical contexts while also finding clear language for external communication.

What drives me is the question of how we can rethink resources. That’s exactly what I try to make visible at eco:fibr every day: through our communication, our brand, and the community we are building.

On a personal note, I’m someone who enjoys reading and running, and whose decisions sometimes linger a little longer than planned. What was meant to be a semester abroad in Canada eventually turned into a whole year — and I don’t regret it one bit. Someday, I’d like to adopt a dog and stand on big stages as a speaker, talking about the things that truly move me.
