At the FIZZ Platform Meeting 2026, one key question took centre stage: How can a sustainable and cascade-oriented fibre economy be rethought and shaped collaboratively? 🌿
Michelle attended the event on our behalf and came away with many valuable conversations, new perspectives and inspiring impulses. A particular focus was placed on exchange along the value chain, innovative approaches to bio-based and recycled fibres, and the joint search for solutions to key challenges within the fibre industry.
Events like this are especially valuable to us because innovation does not happen in isolation. It grows through dialogue, through different perspectives and through the willingness to share knowledge and collaborate beyond existing boundaries. This is exactly where new ideas, strong partnerships and concrete approaches to resource-conscious materials and circular value creation emerge.
What became especially clear is that the transformation of the fibre economy requires more than technological progress alone. It also needs collaboration, openness and the ability to connect perspectives from industry, agriculture, research and innovation in meaningful ways.
Thank you for the inspiring conversations, the open exchange and the valuable insights! 🌱
