Big news, we've made it to the WECONOMY final 🚀

WECONOMY is a founders' initiative that has been connecting innovative startups with experts and executives, right up to the boards of German industry, since 2007. It is run by the Wissensfabrik, UnternehmerTUM and Handelsblatt.

On 1 October, we are among the top 20 startups presenting to the jury in Ludwigshafen. Michelle will represent us on site and show what we stand for, high-quality fibres and fine materials made from plant-based residues for industry.

For us, this is a valuable opportunity, just before our market entry, to connect with experienced decision-makers from established companies.

At eco:fibr, we produce high-quality fibres and fine materials from the residues of the pineapple plant, which can be used industrially in the paper, packaging, construction and moulded-fibre industries, among others.

Alongside their unique storytelling, our fibres convince with a range of functional advantages and are suitable for food contact.

Would you like to test the industrial application of our fibres and fine materials? Then send us a message or book a consultation appointment directly with Merit.
