Hey, I'm Julian! 👋

I'm Co-Founder at eco:fibr and take care of building out our value chain and production planning. My path led through mechanical engineering, with stops in research on sustainable production, before landing at eco:fibr. I've always been interested in how a good idea actually gets put into practice, not just on paper, but in real life.

That's exactly what drives me here. Developing concepts and processes so that, in the end, there's a production setup that actually works and can be scaled up too. I often move between technical and strategic questions, and it's exactly that mix that makes it exciting for me.

In my free time, I enjoy bouldering and definitely need a good coffee afterwards. During my studies, I spent a semester in Tokyo, an experience that left a lasting impression on me and changed how I look at different ways of working and living. And yes, even if it surprises some people, I still buy DVDs. 😄
