Our fibers are now approved for food contact applications 🎉.

We see the greatest value potential for our fibers in applications where virgin fibers are still predominantly used today. That is exactly why food-contact applications have been a central goal for us from the very beginning.

With the ISEGA certification, we can now demonstrate that fibers made from agricultural residues are not only resource-efficient, but also meet the stringent requirements of sensitive applications.

At the same time, our technical team has further characterized the unique properties of our fibers:
